The hoodie I ordered was taken off the site shortly after I purchased it. The team tried to contact me about it, but I unfortunately didn't notice until the holidays were upon us. Thankfully, they were incredibly helpful and generous when I emailed them. They explained the situation, and gave me the choice of either receiving a full refund or choosing some items to replace the hoodie (to equal value, of course; if I'd chosen items of greater value, the staff rep I spoke to said they would send an invoice for the remaining funds). I was able to get two plushies for my sister, as well as in-store credit for the remainder of the hoodie's value. 10/10 customer service and product quality, buy all your weeb junk at Kawaiies.
