Broke within a day, emailed and got response asking for video evidence. "This never happens, we will look into it for you" Nothing, ignored all emails after video sent. Gutted because it's actually a nice hat for my young daughter. So in a nutshell, not impressed at all.
The parcel went 20 days. Packed well. There was no bad smell.
Quality is normal.
The fabric is very soft and pleasant to the touch, but loose, it is more visible on the seams and at the ends of the caps.
Everything is sewn smoothly, the threads do not stick out.
Washing in the machine hat was successful, although the first time when raising the ears was heard water.
Ears work well.
On the head 58 cm, the cap is butt, I would like a little more size.
